Restoring Men (NORM) is dedicated to providing an
arena in which circumcised men can share their
concerns without fear of being ridiculed for a desire
to be intact and whole again. It provides a forum to
discuss goals and learn about methods and techniques
of foreskin restoration and to discover those methods
that will work best for each individual. Their web site has many links to
other foreskin restoration sites and local support
groups.

NOCIRC’s International headquarters has five
pamphlets on-line, current events, position papers
from medical associations worldwide, and lists of
books, videos and all NOCIRC centers and affiliates.

The NOHARMM (National
Organization to Halt the Abuse and Routine Mutilation
of Males) web site is a powerhouse of facts for men
and women, anti-circumcision activists and newcomers
alike. This well-designed and polished site by Tim
Hammond features full-graphic reprints of articles
from popular publications and research journals, plus
lots of brochures, a non-circumcision notification
form, and a harm documentation form.

and Resource Pages is the largest on-line collection
of medical, technical and popular restoration and
circumcision articles. A video clip of a circumcision
and photographs are available. Lots of credible
resources and links are offered by this award-winning
